Barbara Carey specializes in analyzing communications issues, and designing and customizing messages for each audience involved with the issue. She also has a great deal of experience working with state agencies and is specifically utilized by the OWA team because of her positive communication track record. Barbara has her signature on a variety of campaigns that have successfully communicated and marketed a message to an intended audience. Her experience includes work for Slidell Memorial Hospital; New Orleans Saints; JCC Holding and Harrah’s New Orleans Casino Project; Ports Association of Louisiana (PAL); Louisiana Association of Waterways; East Ascension Telephone Company (Eatel, Inc.) Piccadilly Cafeterias, Inc.
Ms. Carey has an MBA from Tulane University and a Master of Arts in Speech and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech from LSU. |
